Are you an employee of GGG? In other words, if you are, then that's fine. If not, then I will just wait for an actual GGG employee to respond to their issue.

Since I spend a consistent amount of money monthly on micro-transactions on this game, I imagine an actual GGG support response would be far more customer friendly :)

It's known that you can lose a level when corrupting gems so why do you need an official GGG answer?

This is just the way Vaal orbs work and is not a bug or issue, it's working as intended.

Did you actually read the text on the Vaal Orb? Perhaps you need to look up what "unpredictably" means.

Nope, but i have been about long enough to know what the item dose and what GGG will and will not do.

The orb can downgrade the item HENCE the "unpredictably" part of its flavor text, you can also look this up on gamepedia and the probably hundreds of QQ threads on the orb breaking uniques down to rares, borking gems etc.

And GGG will absolutely not restore any item you may fuck up, delete, get scammed out of, goes missing via a roll back, gets stolen via a hack etc.

All this is fairly easily accessible if you bother to look....it dose not require a mod response nor is the thread likely to get one as the answers have been given.

Support will tell you the same thing but word it differently, thats it.

I really hope this is a joke topic...
