CoH HoT LA viable?

I want to do a LA build and because you shock things all the time i wanted to know if Herald of Thunder + Curse on Hit is effective in terms of range. I fear that things die before they get cursed with this setup because LA range>HoT range. What do you think? Need to know this because i will reroll a character and would like to sustain my mana only on warlords mark (did this with a static strike build with 9 aps and 0 mana nodes/mana gear)

Well generally you aren't going to be max range all the time so it will do some work but regardless I prefer to just have 2 mana leech on gear.

problem about mana leech on gear is that it only affects physical attack damage. I plan to do 100% ele damage with LA+phys to light

It ain't gunna be a universal solution as I'm sure you realise, e.g. kiting boss and no curse up, oom before leech etc, if you're close to Revelry you could look into that as well!

jeah thought about that, would be 8 points tho :/ also i thought about thiefs torment but i need 1 ring slot for doedres damning (warlords mark+assassins mark <3)

are there any more solutions?

Also considered clarity but ild need manareg on 1 ring and a amulet and could only use 1 aura besides clarity
