" While that is technically true, it's not how the Stun Recovery modifier works. What you describe is how Reduced Duration works. 100% Reduced Duration (with 0% Increased Duration) equates to a 0 second whatever. Stun Recovery is not a reduction however, but an increase: it increases the speed with which you recover from being Stunned. Car analogy! Reduced Duration is a multiplier on the distance travelled. If you reduce the distance between A and B by 100%, there is no distance at all. Increased Recovery is a multiplier to your velocity: you travel faster. If you double your speed, it takes half as much time to reach your destination. ---------- Stun recovery is a decent enough modifier, but it really pales when compared to ignoring Stuns altogether. No matter how much Stun Recovery you have, not being Stunned at all is more preferrable -- especially because you can combine the two! 50% Stun Recovery plus ES' 50% negation is just miles more effective than 150% Stun Recovery. If the Stun Recovery modifiers were just a bit more powerful I'd be much more open to them, but 25% is a near-perfect roll! That shit doesn't grow on trees, and you need so much more than 25%... Immunity is similarly expensive, but much stronger. Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Jan 16, 2015, 9:53:56 AM
