League of Legends, the largest e-sport in the world, has at times publically shamed users that cheated, in the general forum or on reddit.
The reception by the public has been overwhelmingly positive. Given that our reddit indicates that so many cheat in this game, would you be okay if GGG followed LoL's example by publically shaming some cheaters? This message was delivered by GGG defence force. Sure, I wouldnt mind having the names out in public, why would I, it would be fun. I probably wouldnt know anyone except if they were big into streaming or w/e though.

All the names will come out in public once the ban hammer starts anyways, most of them will be crying in Tech Support and outing themselves.

No, i want them to announce ban waves to discourage this behavior in the future. Witch hunts dont do anybody any good. Remember what the witch hunts were about? Kill innocent people thought to be using witchcraft, yea, sounds so great doesnt it?!

I'd prefer they just ban them asap, i've already spotted 2 dafties posting screenshots with an obviously altered game(health bars with segments and an additional menu button half way up the left side)
