+max res and %increased effects of auras

If i have 69% increased effect of Auras you Cast and use a lvl 20 purity of ice gem. Will the +4 max ice res from the aura also increase by 69%?

The ideal iirc is a L23 Purity with 42% aura effectiveness (Sovereignty and Influence clusters and nothing else), which nets 7% max resist.
To get a L23 though you need an Empower OR you need Alpha's + L21 auras via corruption. |
