Redbeak

Redbeak is a low-level unique sword that has a modifier that "increases damage on low life".
Does anyone know if that "low life" modifier is local to Redbeak's damage or if it applies to all damage, such as spells? |

sry, i dont have an answer to your question..
but, i think ALL the modifiers should be reworded to say local (meaning affects item) or global (meaning it affects character) Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...
