Tormented spirit: Rogue's grip

Rogue's grip modifies the target with vastly increased movement speed. This is only half true. It also modifies the target with vastly increased attack/cast speed.

I just tagged 74 maze vaal with this spirit and he shoots laser with lightning speed.
