Does Curse on Hit apply the curse before of after the damage?

?
If it works like Shock, it's after.

Think its after because its curse on hit and not curse before hit.

There's no reason you couldn't apply an on hit effect before damage. Something like Shock or Stun though make sense to apply after damage because their durations are actually based on the damage you deal. But most on hit effects don't care if you deal damage on not. LGoH, PCoC ect, function without any damage being dealt.

The only reason they don't apply before damage is because that's how it's coded.
all on-hit effects (Im aware of) apply after the damage (no matter if you deal million dmg or zero)

I think you missing toyvisser1990's primary point, which is there is still a hit involved, hint's the wording "on hit" ...whether it does dmg or not is irrelevant, because it doesn't distract from the key word "hit" it would have to be curse on use or something to even be arguable! lol
actually im pretty sure the attack you use to apply curse on hit gains the benefits of the curses you're applying.

Nope, all additional effects are applied after the hit.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Does it apply before death? Say you one-hit kill an enemy with a skill that has curse on hit + Warlord's Mark, do you have a chance to gain an endurance charge?
It's perfectly possible to overkill enemies and thus not receive charges from any of the Mark curses.
