Its pathetic how little GGG has implemented that is demanded as normal BASIC FEATURES in an online game.

Its self destructive that they spend all their resources making worthless MTX which might cost $50k to create and only bring in $100k revenue -- and then they dont even implement features that would bring in $m's in a bigger happier playerbase, which cost the same.
This lack of business intelligence is atrocious. It is ruining this game every year that goes by.

When can we expect GGG to have some logical and fairly trivial common business sense to make features that make the game and community more successful and stop sabotaging their own game?

Or maybe this is simply beyond GGG's abilities completely?

After 5 years in this game one starts to think so....

PoE's only shining asset is the great game design it has. Sadly it is still 1/10th of the game and the business that it would have been (and could still be) due to the sheer lack of this common sense and business intelligence as well as customer focus that is expected in any major game developer.

How to build a successful business?
Listen to your customers!
They'll literally tell you how to do it all you have to do is listen.

GGG please open your ears to your customers.
