2 Curses at the same time?

Is it possible to cast 2 curses at the same time if you have Whispers of Doom and both of the curses linked together in an item?

Nope, you still have to cast one and then the other.

Two skills cannot be linked to be performed at the same time;
two skills can be linked to a support gem to both benefit from it individually (such as faster casting)

example:

firestorm and enfeeble both benefit from the AoE, only firestorm benefits from the critical strikes, but I cannot use a single casting to do both an enfeeble and firestorm, I have to do the one and then the other

You need to cast them separately with 2 different keys.

With Whispers of Doom, yes.
