Increase of Projectile Speed

If I get a quiver that has 25% increase to projectile speed, will my shooting be faster?
Or does it even affect it? Anyone know? IGN: Slowtoanger

You won't ATTACK faster, the projectiles just reach their destination quicker.

So, will I get more damage by using a faster projectile speed? (DPS seems to be the same)

Your damage wont be increased by the affix 'xx% increased projectile speed'. As linkstatic already said, the projectiles you fire will reach their destination quicker. Furthermore - and this is important - your projectiles will travel further. So if you use projectile attacks like Ethereal Knives or Freezing Pulse 'increased projectile speed' will result in a greater AoE damage.
