lost items after disconnect

So me and some other guildies got disconnected maybe 30 minutes ago or so at the time of writing this (Dec 27 at about 6:10pm). Some of my guildies said they lost maps or something not so small but I had just finished a few trades. I sent my old rare rustic sash to my boyfriend while he gave me my new Immortal Flesh sash. I put that on, then identified the rares from the map I was just doing and sold those and a 6 socket I picked up also. It said unable to connect to achievement server at about that time, but I kept doing my thing. Then I traded my rare onyx amulet for some other rare amulet to my boyfriend. I put that on and then had to rearrange some of my skill gems because I didn't have enough stats, and when I was taking out a new skill gem, I disconnected. When I logged back on I had my Immortal Flesh sash missing, I was wearing my onyx amulet I traded, I had all my rares I sold but they were unidentified, but I did have the 7 jeweler's orbs from the 6 socket I sold. My boyfriend's account doesn't have the Immortal Flesh sash, nor does he have the currency he used to buy it. He doesn't remember who he traded with to ask that person.

So now I have no sash and a different rare amulet, my boyfriend is down my rare sash and all the currency he used to trade it.

Has this happened to anyone else and can it be looked into, please?

I have relogged and closed/reopened the game but I am not sure what else I can do but reach out here.

Yeah, I also got rolled back at this date while being in an expensively rolled map and having an inventory w/ some alchs/chaos in it. Everything gone and there is no chance to get anything back. We gotta live w/ that :o
