RF with Doon Cuebiyari

I was thinking. Is the Increased Damage from Doon Cuebiyari working with RF? I wanted to make RF Marauder with it but i do not know if it will work. Im sure this Increased Damage don't affect the damage taken by RF, but what about damage output? Does anyone know?
I'm playing a RF with Doon and it definitely works (you can notice a change in both RF burn and Searing Bond dps), but for it to as effective as a Doryani's catalyst for RF you need 640 to 800 strength.
Also a little tips if you want an effective build in hc without relying on life on hit and elemental equilibrium is that you can run high armor , high life , high regen , high strengtg + and have flame surge in your doon , from my experience you will have a 15-20k flamesurge which also gets boosted 50% due to righteous fire burning your opponents.
Yea this is exactly what I wanted to do.

@Schaller

I am aware of that, I've come up with a build that has about 400 str, rest will be taken from items i suppose.

Do anyone have any ideas If this is a proper build for this kind of character and if not, how to make it work?

I'll confirm viability of Doon, too. With a load of STR it's just about on par with Doryani's catalyst while being a lot cheaper.

Aside from that, your tree looks quite spread out. The trip to duelist regen nodes is pretty much a must, but the trip towards witch start (past holy fire) seems so-so to me. The only irreplaceable nodes there are the are nodes, but in my experience those are not necessary. That's 18 passives which yield you
-20% increased AoE
-12% area damage
-71% fire damage
-3% fire penetration
-20% increased life
-5% to all elemental resistances
-60 INT

Unless you feel you desperately need the inc AoE, I'd recommend something more like:
Tree inside!

It will net you just about the same damage, life and resistance using only 12 passives. This would leave more room for fully speccing the Scion life wheel or possibly opting to pick up some endurance charges. If you plan on doing mainly RF for damage, then the latter is a viable option since you'll have a lot of time to self-cast enduring cry and immortal call.

The "classic" way to do RF for damage would be speccing elemental equilibrium and either cwdt > ice nova or simply have some added lightning/cold damage to attacks and run cyclone. Again, if you don't plan on casting an auxiliary damage spell frequently you should definately consider it. If you go for the cyclone-option, Resolute technique becomes a solid choice as well. The way I did it in rampage, I had cyclone linked to blood magic and life gain on hit. A fourth gem here could be faster attacks, or you could simply run that as a 3L in your shield. This is a powerful setup, since RT allows you to inflict the EE "debuff" all the time, as well as sustain running cyclone on BM since each swing will connect and grant a life gain.

As further notes, you currently spend six travel nodes to reach the Golem's blood cluster. This can be done with three nodes by heading south just before Master of the Arena. Despeccing those and considering my suggestion to replace the visit to witch start, you'd end up with roughly the same damage and life and with 10 spare points. Those are enough for the EE + RT + End charges combo, or some other specialization you might prefer.
i accualy want to use flame surge so i thought that the inc aoe would be most usefull for that. i have carcass jack that i would use with that build, i was also thinking about perma immortal call, just as u said. doon cuebiyari is accualy better then doryani in this combination because of lvl 30 Iron will that will give about 28 cast speed to flame surge and flat 15 - 18 cast speed for everything else. With addition of spell echo and faster casting, and spell dmg from rf, damage inc from doon and burn from rf it will do umbeliveble dmg while ill still be doing additional dmg from rf with really large area.
after some changes the build looks like that atm

6 endurance charges with oaks, 186% max life, 111% fire, 40% radius aoe, 20% damage aoe, 18% ele dmg, 75% burning. with that i should have outrageous dps with both flame surge and rf, rf with big radius, long pera immortal call.

what do you guys think?
and here i have another question. does rf work as ignite? i mean is it working with mokou's embrace bonus while ignited?
no :

Ultimate RF incinerator :

If Flame Surge is what you aim for, then the area nodes make more sense indeed. The tree looks a-okay for such a build. I wonder why you've specced Path of the Warrior, though? The phys damage doesn't benefit you in any way I can see, so it's really not that great a node even with Doon. I'd also exclude the long journey to the regen node in Ranger start. The planned tree uses up 118 passive points, which means a lvl100 character if you gain Oak's favour in normal and merciless. Despeccing that path leaves you at 109 point spent, which is equivalent to a lvl91 character with the previously mentioned choices regarding bandits. This a much more doable goal.

For your other question, the self-burn of Righteous fire does not count as an ignite debuff.
