How to go through ancient seal ( without touching it, video )

It's at about 5:20 into the video.
As you will see in the end, you cannot go into wetlands because your quest state doesn't allow you. Did once. Didn't watch, but I'm guessing it's a portal opened while the player sticks to the seal.
