Skin transferring Belt of the Deceiver doesn't transfer black particle effect

I skin-transferred a Belt of the Deceiver onto another belt, and while the skin transferred, the black aura-type effect from the belt did not. I have to assume this is a bug, since weapons with special effects carry the effects over. Can this be corrected?

Skin transfers never have been able to transfer in built cosmetic effects, just the straight up skin of the item and it's not intended to.

This is unfortunate because I wanted to transfer the aura to a different belt too :(

" No it dose not, you have 2 types of effect Skins and effects Skins can have stuff built in with the 3d art added effects like bubbles and footprints are effects added to the item ontop of the 3d skin, the skin transfer only copies the 3d skin Ancestral Bond. I also skin transfered the belt and do not have the effects.

Do these bug reports check read by ggg? Wish they can tell us if this is planned, or indeed a bug. So I can change belt skins
