Enk whats the opinion for arcane cloak in replace of steel skin and to replace a gem in a our arc setup to energy leech to not rip ourselves when it pops. forgive me if this has been answer. @darkson1 Clear feels pretty good, was running lots of T16s and ~300ish delves to test and optimize the new version. Basically, I only went with HoI last patch just in case the chain range buff wouldn't be enough, but with good cast speed and hit damage it's enough to clear well so those two are what i've improved this time. @wrayk The 3.9 setup is significantly weaker but still playable. @Shadowsway To my understanding, Arcane Cloak only works when spending mana, spending ES with EB will not work. @PrincessRevolver Can you elaborate why you think so? twitch.tv/enkivt	Posted by Enki91#7725 on Mar 13, 2020, 1:54:34 AM Quote this Post

That's with only Lightning + Chaos Res crafted as placeholder on the example gear, it's actually pretty easy to cap resistances with this setup. The basic defenses are Mind over Matter with buffed Stone Golem and leech for sustain, Flesh and Stone + optional cheap anointment to take reduced damage from blinded enemies, Chaos Golem and optionally Meat Shield, Flasks and CwDt + Steelskin. Admittedly not enough to make it a super tanky build, but enough to get by.
