Best ice spells?

I've been out of the game for awhile and was going to start up again with some friends. My group is new to the game and wanted to try hardcore. So I wanted to play a ice witch that could keep everything frozen for safety while still doing some nice DPS. What are the best ice spells to use nowadays?

I know that freezing pulse + heard of ice is strong but is there anything better?

Full screen Ice Nova with lots of Power Charges?

I was thinking about using ice nova on a spell totem.

If you want to be a perma-freezer the best combination hands down is Ice Spear + GMP + Elemental Proliferation.

Best perma freezer I've ever mapped with was Freeze Mine.

Freeze mine how pretty low DPS. I still want to be able to solo if no one is on.

My build freezes whole screen but they die pretty much instant so you dont notice.

Has basically 100% freeze because crit freezes combined with 58% CC 30% freeze chance and 4 APS.

If you wanted a support build, you could run cold snap with the Romira's Banquet ring and take resolute technique. You would gain a power charge on every cold snap, allowing you to keep spamming it because power charges bypass its cooldown.
