I dunno why but my main character is blocked/ frezz act1 merciless, it crashes, it freez doing the games on the screen of loading when i select him, any other character going well. (Maybe is - it because I have to play + 10hours today?)

Have you tried running a "Pack Check"? This will check the contents of your game file to see if there are any corruption or missing file issues.
