I use Vaal Storm Call whith increased duration.

That is exactly what the description says would happen, yes. What seems to be broken?

I also have a problem with Vaal Storm call, but it's completely different. It doesn't count the souls like other Vaal skills. Right now it says I need 12 souls, but I can kill almost double that before it actually activates for use.
