it does not specifically say w/ attack's so does this work w/ spells as well? particularly the physical part, the fire part isnt showing up in spell tool tip's

If it doesn't specify spells, added damage only applies to attacks.
And yes when linked in chat it shows up as Tasalio_____'s Sign BreakingHearts/RhoaHood (Standard) | MaidCarrion/MessyLittleBow (Mercenaries)
