I'd read that and assume it only applies to the gear the mod is on, I don't add +fire res on an item and expect that fire res to also apply to every other piece of equipment.

Can be crafted on body armor only, I would think you craft it on YOUR body armor and when your AG dies all its gear is dropped.
But I'm likely wrong, seems too good to be true. "Metas rotate all the time, eventually the developers will buff melee"
