Dual wield Bino's Kitchen Knife Regen - Doest it stack?

^could be caused by little critters having very low defensive value's and as such getting hit harder by things like physical crit damage.(armour formula)

Thus resulting in a higher regeneration effect because the hit's are bigger on them.

similarly resistances could be a factor.
