Is there a gem planner tool out there?

Like the Title says. I am looking to find some Kind of program that will allow me to plan out builds (gems) like poebuilder used to do. I dont mind the gear Thing so much but it would be nice if it could also give estimates of mana cost with supported gems at certain Levels.

Anyone know something like this?

Was hoping for something a Little more "high tech and pretty", hehe.

Im using a spreadsheet at the moment but i would like to know what my skills will cost at Level 20 with all Support gems attached and such.

There have been a few programs like this but non of them work any more.
