What a joke. I get warned for using a "accusatory tone". That's worse than GGG editing derogatory posts on this forum. ( Atleast they were derogatory! Haha ) But atleast GGG will let players voice their opinion freely in a contructive way. That's why I like these forums :). Go see Spiral Knights forums. Now that's what I call bad moderation.
PS!
Still, yours is worse. Sure, General Discussion is a toxic warzone, but they could do better than simply deleting a post just because some puritan/little kid clicked that "Delete Post" button.

I was on the fence about this forum until I got my Mods of GGG calendar.

Is it a photo calendar? Can we get a frequent poster calendar?
PS!
No bhavv, no.

" "GGG IS UNPROFESSIONAL, PLEASE WARN ME!!" Haha Such a joke. I report that launcher bug 3 weeks ago, and continued to report it they shun me down saying it's not my fault. Then I double click on the launcher 2 days ago, and they magically released a hotfix for it and so I made that topic saying everyone was wrong as a kind of joke/funny thing to do. Then I get warned for having an accusatory tone... LOL just great logic by their staff. So calling a company unprofessional is grounds to getting your account warned. Damn, I am so so sorry David Brevik, but you hired the wrong staff bud :) "Good thing they nerfed the carto, it wasn't fun to find one in every map." - Haborym Last edited by monkuar#2123 on Dec 7, 2014, 1:45:23 PM

This is absolute shit, I hope they understand that anyone who can think will not play their game after watching that.
Reposting this video to everyone I know, I hate when this shit goes unnoticed. Last edited by Waffl3x#7380 on Dec 7, 2014, 2:25:21 PM

" I already wrote to appeals@marvelheroes.com. (Funny because that guy told me to email them). Most likely he is the guy that manages that email though lol. It's just kind of sad because they still won't acknowledge that launcher issue was their fault. I'm just glad I never got sucked under that temptation of listening to their players telling me to 'reinstall the game' to fix the launcher. Screw that, it's not my computer's fault, it was their CDN server. And for them to dodge that entire issue and not even acknowledge it was their fault is very unprofessional. The key to a successful company is to show acknowledgement and admit their own mistakes. And not be afraid of doing so. For example, if you look at GGG's dev manifesto and other topics where they write a complete essay about what happened and what went wrong, and apologize. That is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. That's what Marvel Heroes need, but instead they nitpick the player (me) and warn me for giving my feedback. That's the EXACT opposite of what you're supposed to do. You have to treat every customer / player as someone with value, no matter what they say or HOW they sayit. Keep it professional all the time. If a player is using a 'accusatory tone' like how they thought I was, ignore it and move on. If that player is being derogatory and flaming other people, give them a warning. It's really that simple. But to warn someone for just speaking their minds and expressing their opinion in a non destructive way, is absolutely insane. I've only took 1 Business related class at college too. (Customer Relationship Management). I'm surprised no one at Marvel Heroes has taken that :). Okay, that was facetious. But in any event, I do believe Brevik needs to look into hiring some new staff. I literally want them to burn, I don't want them making other companies think this shit is acceptable, nor do I want it sparking the decline of human rights.
Okay maybe a bit critical, but I still think they should burn down. |
