[1.3] Cheap viable Uber Atziri Build

EB+CI poison arrow trapper seems to be blitzing Atziri without much investment into items or even in the tree.

i would say all the projectile bow skills are good for this.i would prefer the combination of a tornado shot and puncture making the fight a little saver since you have some damage over time. but you have to be able to play with them so you have to know how the fights are working in details and have good reflexes so you can dodge all the hits especialy the vaals fight.

I have a poison arrow trapper and I've found it to be very expensive to do good damage to bosses, expensive at least by my standards. I think I have 50 ex into it.
