Is there a url or executable for DPS estimates as you tweak gear or skill tree?

Is there a site or executable that you can import your character into for DPS estimates as you tweak gear and skill trees?

POE Builder used to, but seems like they removed that capability a while ago.

hey, was removed for a good reason, there are to many variables to be able to calculate it exactly. you wuold have to calculate it on every hit your char is going to do.
even for comparing builds you cant use the dps. i have an uber atziri killer with 12k dps but this char has like 10x slower clearing speed on the maps in compare to mine 4,5k dps DD farmer.
another example: a LL ST with mirrored gear has 120k dps on the GGG and a freeze pulser how some people are calculating the dps has 500k and is much much worser then the first one.

How about a site that lets you import gear and shows you basic stats like health and shield block scores (rather than just list how much it is increased)?
