Preparing for the new league, few random questions..

Hi guys! I am trying to make a new build for the new league, and I came across a few questions.

#1 How Avatar of Fire and Cold to Fire interacts? Will 100% of my cold damage get converted to fire?

#2 If I have 100% cold to fire damage conversion (for example Pyre ring), will I get bonus from both cold and fire damage nodes?

#3 I want to know how much ES regen (with zealoths oath) needed to sustain righteous fire..
When I have ES, is RF doing me damage of 90% of life plus 70% of ES at the same time, or I only get damaged for 70% of my ES?

#4 When I have righteous fire up, will energy shield recharge work? (not zealoths oath)

#5 the Increased ES from intelligence is additive or multiplicative?


And the most important question for me, since I thought about a low life blood magic character:

#6 Is reduced mana gem reduces the mana reserved by auras when I have blood magic keystone? I mean, If I have blood magic+mortal conviction, 30% reduced mana reserved from tree and a lvl 20 reduced mana gem will a 60% aura reserve 12% of my life? (60*0,71*0,7*0,4 ?)
