Why not? I give people items they want if they ask for it... And I leave a ton of stuff on the ground for people to pick up.
So, you would rather group with selfish greedy little entitled babys instead of a laid back, cool, helpful player?

I got muted for 24 hours once for having the username "Pu_ _yLeague".
You can guess the missing 2 letters,I was playing default league on that character.

After the timer runs out there is NO name/timer on it anymore...
At that moment its everyones drop..
BTW. Clicking on items over and over is a sure way of NOT getting that item.
The best way to get the drop is to click it once and HOLD it. This will force you through any player camping drops.

I Ninja loot for Safekeeping to protect it from other Loot Ninjas. I generally give the loot back on demand, after IDing of course. It works well

Honestly, I enjoyed having my own loot in D3 but I love this games system even better!! For every item I lose to a quicker hand, there's one that I snatch or find that wouldn't exist in my own loot instance. It's keeps me in my toes looking at all the timers trying to spot the good drops. There's sooooo much loot dropped in a group it's tough for me to distinguish the rares from magic when they are greyed out from the timer.
