best dps ring in the market.(as im using it for pvp, i dont care about crit roll, so i went for all resists)

i tested this here, https://pastebin.com/0hEgGgeM

with ray's ring, i get 593k effective dps on Kinetic Blast,

with new Foe Whorl 1# dps opal ring, i get 588k dps.

Moreover, you can use Bramble Eye ring for facebreaker builds or doomfletch builds. its definitely Bis for those builds. so such versatility makes it more valuable imho.

however, Foe Whorl is amazing for ele damage scaling builds such as ele wanders. (that said, CI / life phys conversion DW wands gives better dps than ele builds - extremely exepnsive to make though - ele wanders are relatively cheap for similar 99.5% performance)
