Can't buy microtransaction ites

I can't purchase any items in the shop. The purchase points I have only show up on the website and not in the game. When I try to buy points the steam purchase fails. Please help.

This is me as well and my partner.

We have both re-started the game etc etc

Ya I restarted computer and game. Still a no go.

Same account on the Website and Game.

I can purchase stuff from the store here in the website, but my points are blank in the Game, and whenever i try to purchase something in there it says i need to buy points.

Edit: Closed the game and re-opened it. On the fourth try my points were in there again.

Same issue.

This is happening to me as well.

edit: I restarted the game and there was a Steam update available. After downloading the update my points were available and I could make purchases.

Don't run on steam.

Logged into the right accounts etc...

Haven't tried to buy credits as I'm supposed to already have 370 (as shown on site) but 0 in game.
