elron multimod and mod removal

A question that's bugging me:
If I have item with elron multimod and two pther master mods is it possible to remove only one of the master mods if it's lowes possible roll? Or will it remove everything? Anyone tried that? | |

No, if you remove crafted mods, it will remove all crafted mods

Divines can roll the crafted mods outside of what is usually thought of as the tier. Possible it's a bug or possible it's working as intended (master mods might not be tiered).
