Mysterious NPC Marker in Hideouts

Hello, comrades.

It has recently come to my attention that there is an NPC location marker that's unaccounted for that can be observed in Large Hideouts (obtained through a level 7 Master).

I have managed to acquire photographic evidence of the occurrence through the means of the F8 key on my typographic device.
Take a look at the mini-map and the small "x" in the immediate vicinity of the player character that doesn't match any actual object in the hideout.



I then promptly logged into my secondary account and observed the same phenomenon.



Upon further investigation I have noticed previous sightings of the Mysterious Marker.



Only vague answers have been provided by the authorities, but make no mistake - this is no mere coincidence.

But what does it actually mean?

Is the Rhoa Conspiracy true after all?
Does this mark the return of the Placeholder Quest Guy?
Is it Krillson silently watching you from the realm of Beyond?
Or maybe it's Tunneltrap's brother waiting for the right moment to exact his revenge?

I'm afraid only time will tell...

My guess would be GGG are just trolling. They always do. Though sometimes their trolling turns into something useful e.g. 4 slots in the map device coming in handy with the sacfirice pieces.

Thats the reserved place for the Master Fisherman.
