I feel like I'm supposed to be contributing to this thread but it will only end up with people yelling at me :s
All I'll say for now is not to put too much faith in naysayers who keep on with the "there is no use for rods" line (line, getit? harhar). They wouldn't know. They are just taking their own cynical guesswork and presenting it as fact. Absence of fish does not equate to evidence that they don't exist. |

" For the record fishing mini-game in RPGs existed long before Torchlight, they certainly didn't came up with the idea. Just as an example, Breath of Fire RPGs had 4 episodes with fishing mini-game, this is quite popular, and the series started 15 years before Torchlight was even released. Just to clarify.
