Nope. In the one I'm talking about he was speaking about pants. Also, one of Kripps viewers said "If you don't have horses, then why do you have Horseman Boots?". Chris said very good question :)

Ah ok, that's where I was confused then. Was playing PoE while I listened so I may have missed a bit :P I did notice him saying something along the lines of "There is no horse level". I think this mythical place will have the pants many players seem to crave.
