Why do you say that? It seems like either way you do it is the same. I think I have seen far more 0 post win then active people. Most likely because the amount of people who sign up for beta but never looked at the forum far far exceeds the people posting.

Posting in the forums actually does increase chances of winning a key.
If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, wouldn't it be a Merry Christmas?

It is only a 10x multiplier for an increase of odds with the timer. So given 100k accounts you only have 1/10000 chance of being chosen each time (well slightly more of a chance after each account is chosen) the timer selects an account.
