Cast on crit + curse on hit

I don't find the patch. Wasn't there something with "gems cannot be triggered by two trigger gems"?

Can or can I not run this:

Leap Slam
+faster attacks
+curse on hit
+cast on crit
+Assassin's mark

I have the luxury of a spare 5L, if it doesn't work, I'll probably use culling instead of cast on crit. ;)

There was indeed a change made so that gems can't be supported by multiple trigger gems. It occurred in patch 1.2.2, to be specific.

Why would you use both? Curse on hit is enough.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Leap slam no crit - curse on hit.
Leap Slam crit - curse other enemies.

My Leap Slam Crits actually kill monsters in lvl76 maps without damage support on LS, so I thought: why not also this?

It just seems a bit redundant, you get a curse in leap slam area always and you maybe get it in wider area once every crit, but ok if you got a spare slot why not. Since it doesn't work anyway, you can put life on hit in it, I suppose, might save your life someday.

I agree, I have curse on hit on my leap slam as well...and I just don't see the point of this?! Why not just leap into a pack, kill them, then leap into another pack?! Your going to kill them anyways, seams a bit pointless to have a 2nd trigger to curse mobs near by when you will be leaping to them anyways...unless your walking to the 2nd curse pack, but then my question is why?!
I have a green socket left and was checking through the green supports, they all felt "a bit redundant"... (and no, I don't want to change colors, this sword has rare and perfect colors for me if I ever get it 6Linked).

Just asking if it's still possible, don't put too much weight into it.

I'll use Blind or Culling Strike instead.

cwdt + curse on hit still works thankfully so the combo you want to try out might work as well

These still work for me:

(items are on different chars, I'm not doing double cursing)

The main disabled combo is cast on crit + cast on melee kill where spells would get a substantial damage bonus from comk but still get the spaminess from coc. Cast when stunned + cast when damage taken is also disabled as far as I know
IGN: NNQQ, Sporkay, Rands_
Sad it don't work anymore, wanted to try a build around it :(
Blind into that spare green.
