Issue with: Increased Physical Damage with One Handed Melee Weapons nodes
TL;DR: These nodes appear to produces less than the expected damage increase. Strength has the same issue.
I was attempting to calculate my auto-attack damage last night and found that the tooltip and I disagreed rather severely. This had nothing to do with dual wielding; I was able to produce the issue by just equipping a single weapon and a single ring. Items in question

So, with 34 Strength I should have +6.8% Melee Damage and from passives +48% increased Physical Damage with One Handed Melee Weapons. That's +54.8% total. The Claw does 4-10 physical damage. So with the modifiers and just the claw equipped, I should see a range of 6.192 - 15.48 or so depending on rounding. Correctly, 6-15 is what appears. So far so good. Now I equip my ring, which is an Iron Ring with +1-4 Physical Damage and Polished, for another 4-7 Physical Damage. So that should give me a base of 9-21. With modifiers I should see 14-33, but instead I see 11-26. The only conclusion I can come up with is the +48% increased Physical Damage with One Handed Melee Weapons does NOT apply to the damage from my ring, and neither does the +6.8% from Strength. If this is intended, can the wording of those passive talents be changed to either: "increased Physical Damage from One Handed Melee Weapons" or "increased Physical Damage on One Handed Melee Weapons". Both of those more clearly indicate only the damage listed on the weapon is improved, while using "with" implies all damage done by hitting something with the weapon should be improved. I'm not sure what to suggest for Strength, because how it behaves was absolutely not how I expected it to work. Maybe its tooltip should change from "+1% melee physical damage" to "+1% to melee weapon physical damage". As a side note, One-Handed and Two-Handed should be hyphenated.
