Pcoc at lv 20 = 54% gain a charge on crit Skyforth = 30% gain a charge on crit, stacking with the gem (as stated by "Skyforth", creator of the boots in reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/3wfs3o/new_unique_skyforth_sorcerer_boots/) That means 84% to gain a power charge per crit. I still say the same. Your dagger says "added to spells," so you're golden. Sure, the lab can be hard, but it's pretty easy if you're properly geared, and not terrible at the game. To eleborate, Blade Vortex is a spell. It will hit mobs and proc EE on them, causing your discharges to do less damage. You don't want added Lightning to spells on gear. Hey, giving this a go... I'm close but I'm unable to keep mana up. Where's the leech coming from? I dont see it on gear? I only see a lvl 11 clarity and in the video Mathil's mana barely moves. With a single -7 ring and level 7 clarity I can sustain mana just fine unless I do extremely short cyclones for a long period of time (and in that case I just hit rallying cry and have infinite mana).
