Freezing pulse and added cold/lightning

Hi i have a question about added cold/lightning on freezing pulse
Freezing pulse does max dmg close to you and 0 dmg at max distance. is it the same for the added dmg? will it be 100 % effective close to you and go to 0 added dmg at the max freezing pulse distance? If it the added cold does full damage at max range it is simply OP and i will use this for sure. Does anybody know this? | |

Freezing Pulse now scales all damage from support gems in the same way as
