General Discussion - Help me understand AA vs Armour vs Other ways! - Forum

I don't like MoM. It forces me to leave a lot more mana unreserved than I prefer. Lightning coil is superior for all builds that can get away with a red/green chest. If you've grabbed all of the aura and buff nodes, you can run pretty mana intensive skills AND high level AA with clarity and ES base rares. More things deserve mentioning: 1) spammy attack + high crit chance = unlimited flask charges. +10% max res (13% with the right passives) is HUGE. 2) increased buff duration nodes (+90% total) + aura/buff nodes + vaal grace = OP. with good kill speed, you should be able to keep vaal haste and grace up most of the time. 3) dodge + evade + blind	Posted by jbmcarth#0800 on Sep 21, 2014, 12:34:56 AM Quote this Post

Also Vaal Grace + Vaal haste is totaly op and broken as fuck. If your not useing this then you don't know how strong it is it's as simpile as that. I was shocked both of these wher not nurfed in the forsaken masters patch. Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time Learn the rules, it's the only way to exploit them. Thanks for info! yes damn it, endurance, it was to early in the morning sry :) As u can see (it wasn't told so directly) a combination of several defenses is really good, any defense type on it's own will fail. I know I've read this on the wiki before, and from personal experience I'll take zero damage in certain situations. That shouldn't be possible if the effect of AA happens first because armor can't give you a 100% damage reduction. I would need to be using immortal call to do that.
