[1.2] BEYOND Dual dreamfeather queen of the forest acro+phase acro ele cleave

Hey, I've been playing this build for a while now in beyond and I've been doing quite well so I thought I might aswell share it with you since it's somewhat interesting.
Derongan posted a similar build earlier, but it's a little different from mine.

Pros & Cons

Pros
-Good survivability
-Nearly immune to ranged attacks due to ondar's 95% evasion combined with 40% dodge and 15% block.
-Reflect is barely noticeable, because you evade/dodge/block most of the reflected damage.
-Good damage
-Very high movement speed to boost clear speed especially as melee
-Greatly buffs party damage/survivability due to high level wrath, anger and grace
-Fun fast-paced gameplay
-Relatively cheap to gear up (~5ex for uniques in beyond)
-Pretty desync-free if you don't leap slam around

Cons
-Somewhat vulnerable to spell damage, especially without atziri's step
-Mobs that are capable to oneshot you are a no-no
-Damage "caps" once you get good jewellery and max level auras
-Requires somewhat quick reactions to incoming damage

Stats

Without a jade flask

With a jade flask up

Flasks have very high uptime in maps

Current build at 85

After 85 I'd probably go into the shadow area for attack speed/life/elemental damage
Reduced mana lvl19 is required to run all three auras with the current build and still have mana left over to use cleave

Bandits

Normal Oak for +40 life
Cruel Kraityn for 8% attack speed
Merci Kill all for skill point
Alternatively get frenzy charge from kraityn and either use blood dance or run bloodrage for more evasion/attack speed

Current gear at 85

Atziri's step isn't required, but gives a huge boost to survivability against spell damage, which is one of the build's biggest weaknesses.
Other uniques are mandatory.
Rest of the gear is just life/resists/evasion and elemental damage. Also need quite a bit of str and int to use high level reduced mana and wrath.

Gems

Cleave(lvl5)+WED+FA+MS+Mana leech
If I got/crafted a good elreon ring/amulet I could probably drop mana leech for add acc to gain more damage
CWDT(lvl1)+EC(lvl5)+IC(lvl4)
Just a bit of survivability boost
Ele Weak+BM+FC
Your main curse, using enfeeble against tougher enemies is a good idea, but haven't needed it myself. Don't have faster casting either atm, but it makes the curse a bit faster
Reduced mana+anger+wrath+grace
Your auras, obviously you put them in alpha's
Leap slam(lvl1)+FA+BM
Using it mainly for getting out of tight situations.
It's a little faster for movement too, but causes desync so I rarely use it.

Gloves are still open for a skill, would probably put a vaal skill into them such as vaal haste for damage boost or vaal molten shell for damage/survivability boost.

Leveling

I personally leveled as phys cleave, but I'm sure leveling as a ranger is faster and safer.
Level 66 is the earliest you can use dreamfeathers, but I'm not certain if it's worth switching over that point. I was still experimenting physical cleave and spectral throw until I finally specced into ele at around 72.
But here's a 66 build I came up with
level 66 tree

Hey there nice build!

Currently leveling a dual Dreamfeather build atm with similar items but plan to use lightning strike with BM gem with more buffs. (Not a fan of cleave :P )

I noticed you dont have any life leech. That doesnt cause you any issues? I'm assuming your evasion/dodge + flasks is enough.

As well, leveling Cleave doesnt offer any noticeable damage boost seeing how Dreamfeather also scales physical?

Thanks!

Hey!
Lightning strike might be decent, it was actually one of the skills I was meaning to try out with dreamfeathers, but for some reason never did.
I loved elecleave back in beta so I chose to do it instead.

As for life leech, I have 2% phys leech from the tree combined with 1% regen and it outregens the beyond chaos degen aura aswell as molten ground and minor elemental damage. For bigger hits I just use a seething and it heals for ~2k with the flask nodes and 20q flask. With 3 flasks I can easily manage everything I've come across.

I only have 38 unreserved mana at the moment so leveling cleave isn't sustainable. Probably with better gear and lvl21 reduced mana it might be worth it.
been thinking about a queen of the forest build for awhile and this one looks pretty solid. how are you finding acro as melee though? and with such low life? seems likely to rip to one bone rhoa in a high level map lol

I've done <75 maps and while some mobs hit hard they only hit once every now and then, plenty of time to pop pots. High evasion makes you nearly immune to crits from attacks aswell.
I get a decent amount of life from tree, it's just my gear that is awful so my max life is a little low.
Getting oneshotted might happen in higher level maps with scary mods though.
sweet gear and concept but too squishy for hc, perfect hp gear can only advance another 500-600hp. High burst ele / phys dmg will be a problem in very high maps. Also, why no life leech? considered conc effect if you ever 6l and get blue sock?

I just used vorici to get 3 red for cleave/MS/WED, in a perfect setup I'd probably run increased aoe/life leech and drop mana leech. I'm not really a big fan of conc effect because it makes your cleave range very tiny and slows your clearspeed down, but it'd be a big boost for tooltip dps.

In other news, I actually died yesterday to flammability detonate dead in extra damage zana daily. I was tired and wasn't paying too much attention.
There are some life nodes around you could pick if you felt the total life is a bit low, but I felt I didn't need it.

RIP mate

dont give up on doing something original, you had a cool idea going
I am running a similar build, but chose to skip the Aura nodes. In the end the added evasion from grace is less efficient than hitting the shadow starting area elemental nodes. Also you get more life!

Sorry about the RIP though.
