Finding Corrupted Zones

Don't you find them in the Laboratory/hideout if you use a fragment?
Just kidding... i have never really grinded for them, but i have done a lots of leveling in Docks lately and they spawn, sometimes.
Also Crypt seems to have them often(and is a 60 zone)
