Do I need accuracy later on?

Im working out my Duelist build in my head, and I keep wondering. For a Duelist, does accuracy become an issue later on in the game? and if so, would it be worth it to get Resolute to free up points for other things?

Melee duelists will need resolute, bow duelists likely won't.

As an iron grip bow player, I'm running into accuracy issues at 60 with basically 0 accuracy from equip and nothing other than native dex. Resolute is a pretty far stretch for me though. Melee can get resolute and not waste too many points reaching for it.
at level 60 with a lil bit of accuracy on my weapon I had about 16'ish % miss chance on all my skills. Giving alot of mana problems since I was working with manaleech. For melee I think resolute techique is the way to go, but that's just my opinion.
I assume we are talking about melee duelists. Ranged ones should be heavily dex based already so accuracy is not an issue.

I don't think Resolute Technique is a must have for Duelists. It is quite far away from Duelist start area. By investing in the dexterity portion of the tree it is possible to stack enough accuracy to reliably hit monsters, especially if you use swords. However, if you make a pure Str Duelist investin heavily investing into the Marauder part of the tree you might get some accuracy issues so taking Resolute is a good idea. This however rises the question of why not play a Marauder instead then?

Also, stack lots of attack speed. This is easy with the Duelist area of the tree. If you attack three and a half times a second, you won't notice if you occasionally miss.

Primary stats of a duelist are dex and stre, so I believe it's fitting to take both to get what you need, don't really think you can box the class to taking dex only and strength to marauders. But yeah, depends on your build probably
i actually have thought about resolute technique as well. but the concern is spending 9 points to get there. i do not think i ll be going for blood magic as i have already made investments in mana so that means the only other skill and US for me toward resolute techniue is the 2% life leech. other than that there is nothing else there for me. so is 9 points worth it?

Nope, ranged duelists are not always heavily dex based. Common builds for physical bow duelist that get about 400 str and only 150 dex. Iron grip is a beast.
