BUG - Carrion queens

Carrion Queen's fireball cannot be evaded:

Not with phase acrobatics
Not with Ondor's guile
Not with regular evasion.

I've been testing it on normal for about the last 15 mins and have been hit by the fireball EVERY time. It can also crit, which means the Carrion Queen does not have its own version of Resolute Techniques.

I can confirm that I did some of my own tests and was hit for 60/60 fireballs. RNG is RNG but you'd think between us that at least one dodge would have been made. If they have Resolute Technique, that is fine but it should be listed as one of their traits.
