Do elemental penetration supports apply to *you* on reflect?

Example - I link Fire Penetration to Fire Arrow. I shoot into a mob with reflect mod. Does the reflected damage also then penetrate my own fire resistance?

No, reflected damage can't carry any additional properties, it's just damage.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
