Thoughts on this bow? (Darkscorn, Unique bow)

I'm planning on this being my endgame bow until I find a 6L bow, but I'm not sure if rares around this bow's level is actually better.

25% chaos conversion to damage taken is a huge plus in my mind, as I have 0 armor and I can actually get chaos resist.
Other than that, I'd like to know your guys' opinion on this bow as a viable endgame weapon.
