Does this cluster of +% Increased critical strike multiplier affect all types of attacks, physical and spell? Or it is only for physical attacks?

Yes. Multipliers apply to physical,spells, etc
Although crit chance does not only crit chance for spells and crit chance(which is obviously not spells) if you have anal with a buffalo...your gonna have a bad time
