Inner Treasure bug?

Was playing a map and firstly got a Carcass Jack unique drop from a normal mob. later in the map approached a rare mob with "inner treasure" and got another Carcass Jack. Coincidence was my first thought as well as very very lucky.

Few days later i get another unique drop, Karnage Heart, around 10 minutes later i find an Inner Treasure mob again and it drops a Karnage Heart again.

Not sure if this is just coincidence? Or a possible bug where inner treasure is repeating the last unique drop you recieved, hard to test myself as the inner treasure mobs are very rare.

My friend said he got 3 moukous embrace in a row from inner treasure, he gave me 2 to use with my leveling spec. Maybe there is some merit in this bug report.
