Wow i wonder how it works? if u manage to get lucky and see your name on "next", will some1 send u a message with the key? or will your account automatically be updated to becoming included in the beta?

Just a quick question. How are beta members chosen? For example, with this tool I've seen that some of the people chosen have a few posts and some have none. Some people haven't been on in moths and other have been on this month. So is the next person to receive a beta code completely random or is there some kind of algorithm?
