Is there anything I have to do, to get into the pool of "Betakey-lottery"? Or just registration here?

" Just registering already puts you in the pool. About 10 minutes ago, a member who joined yesterday, got the key. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
